Especially appreciated were the two folders containing details of how to operate the equipment and tourist information. There were two drawbacks. There was no facility in the twin bedded room for hanging clothes - a wardrobe instead of the chest of drawers would solve this problem. Our group came in two cars. There is only one parking space allocated for this flat and all parking spaces on the development are allocated and identified by numbering. Parking our second car just at the side of the road caused friction with one of the neighbours. Parking off the development was limited and hard to find.

Many individual shops, traditional pubs, restaurants and cafes can be found in and around the town. Visitors to Stourport may choose to take a cruise along the river, enjoy a day's fishing, take a ride on horseback or bike along the many lovely bridleways, or stroll through the heather clad hills, woodlands and heathland of Hartlebury Common, a 200 acre SSSI Nature Reserve on the outskirts of the town.
