The property

A pretty detached cottage situated in the village of Barford, in Warwick.

This ground floor accommodation is perfect for a romantic break, or even families looking for a pleasant getaway.

Enter into the open plan sitting area, which holds unique features, and a bunch of character.

Sit before the wood burning stove for a cosy night in.

A well equipped kitchen is situated behind the sitting area for your convenience, and a dining table rests nearby, ideal for enjoying your favorite meals.

Rest at the breakfast bar in the morning hours.

Moving round, a double bedroom is a peaceful environment to sleep, elevated by a velux window and views out of the French doors.

A king-size bedroom offers extra space, while boasting pretty lighting, and an open outlook of the neighbouring fields.

To the side, a beautifully decorated wet room is classically arranged, so you can get ready in style.

Outside is where you will want to be, relaxing on the patio area.

The village of Barford is sure to impress, and in March 2014 it was listed by "The Sunday Times" as one of the Top ten places to live in The Midlands.

Barford is a village and civil parish resting in the Warwick district of Warwickshire, England; situated about three miles south of Warwick. In March 2014 "The Sunday Times" listed the village as one of the Top 10 places to live in The Midlands. Within the village you will find two pubs, a hotel with swimming pool, and a village shop owned/run by the community. The Church of England primary school sits within the village, named "Barford St. Peters". The University of Warwick Boat Club trains on the River Avon at Barford. Three miles is Warwick, which contains some fine houses, and is home to a postal telegraph office under Warwick. The parish comprises Barford House, Barford Hall, and Watchbury House. Today, Barford is still surrounded by many of the original buildings, which hosted the essential trades and services that were common place in the Georgian and Victorian times.
