Fab facilities, great location (local pub 20 min walk away). 10-15 minute drive into Leamington Spa / Stratford upon Avon / Warwick Castle Aldi / Morrisons / Asda + Restaurants only 5 minute drive away. Never got the opportunity to meet the owner however we had a brill time & Would highly recommend.

A wonderful detached cottage located on the outskirts of the thriving village of Bishops Tachbrook in Warwickshire, set in a large garden with a hot tub and surrounded by open countryside.
This part-timbered property provides spacious, contemporary accommodation ideal for a family holiday or short break with friends.
You arrive at the property and realise you are in a unique location, driving up the long private driveway you see this stunning property nestled under a large oak tree.
Enter the property into a contemporary day room with a well-equipped kitchen complete with an African slate floor, modern kitchen units and a dining table to seat all guests, and a couple of leather armchairs looking out onto the grounds.
This leads to a useful utility with a cloakroom, as well as a games room with a pro table tennis table.
The rear hallway takes you into the main sitting room which offers sumptuous seating around the 55” LED TV linked to an impressive 2.1 sound system.
Again large windows overlook the garden and countryside beyond.
A superb bedroom and a luxurious wet room complete the ground floor accommodation.
The staircase to the first floor splits, leading to two separate bedrooms, the master having the added benefit of an en-suite bathroom while both boast exposed wall beams and lovely views.
Head outside to enjoy the 1.2-acre garden, ideal for children to play, family games or enjoying alfresco dining on a summer's evening.
The garden offers both formal and informal outdoor seating, a BBQ area and a wonderful hot tub - a great place to relax at the end of a busy day exploring the area.
Take a stroll into the village to collect provisions from the local shop or enjoy a meal at the village pub.
A short drive takes you to beautiful Leamington Spa, historic Warwick and the birthplace of William Shakespeare, Stratford-upon-Avon.
The area offers lovely walks and cycle rides as well as many watersports at Draycott Water.
Visit one of the many National Trust properties in the area or wander around the pretty Cotswold villages.
This is a wonderful cottage to be enjoyed at any time of year.

The bustling village of Bishops Tachbrook in Warwickshire boasts half-timbered buildings, a village pub serving good food and real ale, part of which is believed to be haunted, a well-stocked shop and ancient church. Close by is the beautiful town of Leamington Spa with stunning Georgian and Edwardian architecture, award-winning parks, a range of eclectic shops, restaurants as well as its own theatre and cinema. Take a boat trip on the River Leam, take a look at the elegant Landsdown Crescent or take in one of the many festivals throughout the year. Historic Warwick dates back to Neolithic times, nestled on the banks of the River Avon and boasting a huge array of amenities including traditional pubs, restaurants and tea rooms as well as Warwick Castle, founded by William the Conqueror, Warwick racecourse which hosts many events throughout the year. In the centre of the race course is a 9 hole golf course and driving range. Just a short drive away is Stratford-upon-Avon, which dates back to the medieval times and boasts many historic buildings including Shakespeare's birthplace and Anne Hathaway's cottage, The Royal Shakespeare Theatre, many traditional pubs, excellent restaurants and individual shops, as well as boat hire and cruises along the River Avon. Also within reach is Draycote Water, which offers 650 acres of water for sailors and windsurfers, as well as offering lovely walks, cycle trails, birdwatching and fishing. Explore the charming towns and villages of the Cotswolds where it's possible to visit places that have remained unchanged for centuries. Chipping Norton, Stow on the Wold, Broadway and Bourton-on-the-Water, to name only a few, are all within easy reach.
