My mobilty is limited and this apartment is near to the city centre. It is ground floor and is fully accessible. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is equipped with a shower over the bath with sturdy rail, and shower mat. Lovely to sit outside on the patio on a sunny day and watch the narrow boats go past. Even though near to town the apartment is situated in a quiet area. Another pleasant stay, excellent location for access to Stratford.Well maintained and clean and comfortable. Our only comment for improvement is a very minor one but nonetheless would make it perfect:the mirrors in both the bathroom and the main bedroom could be improved .The one in the bathroom is on the window ledge and above eye level so it makes it difficult to use,a mirror on the wall(perhaps one that is retractable)would be better. The mirror in the bedroom is too small and doesn’t stay at an usable angle,so again a bigger one woukd be better. These are easy to resolve if the owner wishes to do so.We will certainly stay again in this lovely apartment.

Lovely sitting on the patio watching the narrow boats. Even though the apartment is near to two pubs, the area is very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and the Shower has a good water pressure., The beds were very comfy, twin beds mattresses were a little softer than the doubke bed. Designated parking space is a bonus as parking can be difficult in Stratford. By far one of the nicest and most convenient we have stayed in .The accomodation was lovely, access with key code was simple and convenient it was very clean with plenty of room for 2/4 adults Items in cupboards e.g washing up liquid ,dishwasher and washing machine tablets supplied as well as milk ,tea , coffee and plenty of books, dvds or games to get you settled in .Comfy beds and plenty of hot water for showers and the wifi worked perfectly when needed. The central heating was simple to control so never cold .The property is situated right on the canal so feeding ducks and swans daily and watching the barges float by was a real treat. Bancroft Place is only a 5 minutes walk into the beautiful town where there is plenty of choice of restaurants and small independant shops to visit and historic sites too.Parking on site is a real bonus for 1 vehicle, but opposite is a large secure car park that charges £10 for 24 hours if you have visitors like we did..There is a Tesco,Marks and Spencer and Sainsburys only 5 minutes away for food shopping if needed . We ate out and would highly recommend *The Bistrot Pierre and the *Turquoise Kitchen, both 10 minutes walk away.We would re-book with confidence and stay in this property again with no hesitation. The location was just perfect by the Canal and only 5 minutes walk from The centre of Stratford upon Avon and all its attractions . The home itself was quiet and the addition of a garden terrace beside the canal with a table and chairs just perfect for you to eat alfresco. Having a Private car park beside the property was a big bonus as parking can be a nightmare in Stratford especially in the summertime.
