“The lodge is in the perfect location, right on the water, and close to the restaurant and playground but not so you hear them.”

You can just sit outside and enjoy the views. The park was peaceful and everyone seemed very friendly. It’s lovely inside too and the beds and bedding were really comfortable. Kitchen was great and the whole layout worked really well. Perfect for a young family as all one level and enclosed decking. We loved the place. Its a easy 30 minute walk along the flat main road into Stratford centre. The only thing we could have done with was more information about the park. It took us ages to find where to put the bins and to locate the playground, which is over the bridge in the caravan area of the park. We also weren’t sure how to get to the shop in the village on foot. Again it wasn’t far once we asked another resident but a couple of notes like that in the lodge would have helped us settle in a bit quicker. It’s a wonderful place. We would love to return.
