Everything was perfect we felt cosy & very much at home. It was very well equipped and the extra treats were very much appreciated. It was so well located for the town, buses & station. We didn't have a problem parking and saw traffic wardens all the time. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we came to Stratford. Thank you.

The property is ideally located being walking distance from the town cafe's, restaurants, theatres and the River Avon. Even though it is permit parking, there were always spaces available. The 'One Elm' pub on the corner, a few minutes walk away, is extremely well run and the food is good. The property is decorated and furnished to a high standard and the owner is extremely helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others.

The permit does not guarantee a nearby parking space. Had to resort to using premier inn parking from Sunday to Wednesday at £6 per day. The parking situation should be clearly stated in facilities for the cottage. I will not use this cottage again.

We are really sorry that you had these parking issues. No 25 has been a holiday cottage for over 4 years and this is the first time a guest has had such difficulties with parking. The email and the attached Information Pack that we issued prior to your visit made it very clear that the parking permit is valid for a number of streets in the neighbourhood on a first come first served basis. It is very rare that a parking space can not be found in the parking permit area. We provide our contact details and encourage all guests to contact us in the event of any issues arising. Had you made contact we would have made every effort to assist as we have done on many occasions as detailed in other feedback. We thank you for acknowledging the high levels of cleanliness comfort and facilities at No 25. Property Owner
