Every little detail was perfect. The barn was light, airy and spacious and the outside spaces were lovely. It was convenient for places to visit, and close to shops and places to eat. The welcome basket was much appreciated, and Sally and Richard were very welcoming. I highly recommend a stay at Lunnon Barn.

Couldn’t fault the communication with Sykes or the owner Sally. Loved the delicious homemade and local delicacies that were left for us and also walking round the 10 acres and the wildlife that brings. Lots to things to do in local area, so if we revisit we’ll definitely stay at Lunnon barn again.

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located…you won’t be disappointed. There is absolutely nothing to complain about, it was perfect in every way. Having the owner, Sally, right next door was a bonus. She was so helpful and accommodating. A real treat to talk to! If you’re in the area, book this property! If we return from Canada for another trip, we certainly will!

  • "We have recently stayed at Lunnon Barn, it was in such a beautiful, peaceful area."

Sally and Richard gave us such a warm welcome and lots of useful information on walks, restaurants and places to visit. This was great, we planned our week around walking and eating at some fantastic places. Lunnon Barn is well designed and as everything you can possible need. On our arrival, Sally had left us a lovely basket full of treats, very nice. The weather was not very kind to us, so we never got the chance to sit out on the two patios or around the fire pit. So we will certainly be going back, feel we have more to explore.

  • "Minimalist contemporary semi-detached barn conversion."

.. exceptionally well provisioned with everything a visitor could need in the kitchen (Neff Appliances) including Dushwasher and full-size F/F, lounge & Dining table for 4, laundry Washer/Dryer, and even an electric car charging point.. parking for multiple cars... The two barns are located down a quiet country lane, at the end of a private driveway, the long lawn is home to rabbits and squirrels, to the back of the barns beyond a patio with furniture are fields that are open for walking... trees surround the two barns.. There was a very kind welcome pack of marmalade, eggs, and biscuits, cider and ale, all locally produced.. We would definitely stay at Lunnon Barn again. One of the two en-suite bedrooms is located downstairs, this was ideal for my wife as she has limited mobility, the car being parked so close was also an aid for her.. It is so very quiet and peaceful, yet close to so much. A car is needed.. A real balm to the soul..

Very clean, everything we needed was in the cottage. Lovely welcome basket and gifts and jubilee decorations. We loved watching the bunnies and wildlife. Lots to do in this area - cadbury world, Dudley Zoo, Sealife, Hanbury Hall, Hartlebury Castle, a few farm parks, close to Birmingham. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact. Would return and would recommend.

Lunnon Barn is like a home away from home. Very well equipped property and finished to a very high standard. Only a small couple of recommendations we would make and they would be to have a full size ironing board and a better hoover. :-) Would definitely recommend this property and also a special mention to the host who was very good before and throughout our stay.

There was excellent communication in the lead up to our stay and a lovely welcome basket of local produce on arrival. We arrived late due to flights and Sally made sure that the house was warm, lit and ready for our arrival. Lunnon Barn itself is set in beautiful Worcestershire countryside, but is really modern and tastefully presented on the inside. I heartily recommend staying at Lunnon Barn if you have the opportunity to do so.

Sally and Richard are very welcoming hosts and have a few lovely surprises in store for you!!! You really feel that you are on your own in the barn out in the countryside, even though we had neighbours in the adjoining Monarch's Barn. The fire pit in the Fairy ring was a great experience, wine and dips aplenty and a good old chin-wag, with only the odd call of a fox and a dog barking! Lovely just walking around the 10 acres and the using the picnic table. Plenty to do and to eat out in the area nearby and the wider area. Will book one of the Barns in the future as there is still lots to do and see.

The location is fantastic, in the countryside but close enough to shops and other amenities. We can’t wait to come back and won’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation to family & friends.
