  • "Very beautiful house, typically British :-) Very well situated - Town center can be reached walking."

  • "We very much enjoyed our stay in number 91, in the heart of the local community."

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped and the owner could not have been more helpful in the run-up to our arrival, and checking that all was well mid-way. A property that is much to be recommended.

  • "No 91 was a great house for four of us and our dog to stay."

It was close enough to the city to explore all the main districts. Although we didn't meet Joy, we just had to send a whatsapp if we needed anything. The house was spacious and very comfortable. The patio area was well suited to our dog as he had plenty of room to run around and it was thoroughly enclosed for safety. We certainly recommend this property for anyone visiting Belfast.

  • "Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

The location is good and Joy is easy to communicate. If there could be more cookware and the shower water could be hotter, that would be perfect.

  • "We LOVED #91."

Joy was absolutely amazing. She was extremely accommodating and left us a goodie basket with something for everyone. Plenty of room for the 5 of us, centrally located and the house was so well stocked with all of the essentials. Joy was super helpful in answering all of our questions and made some wonderful recommendations. Many thanks!

  • "Over all was enjoyable stay."

Arriving to a very homey, cleaned and tidy rooms with a basket of goodies to welcome us. I am a landlord too and upon arrival checking everything properly, and everything we need during our stay from kitchen ware to linen was adequate. The property owner Joy was very helpful, best host and quickly responding when we needed assistance for a minor problem in the house. She is also very knowledgable and recommended us a few places to visit and where to dine in, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend to stay in this property, it’s 1,4 miles to city centre, it’s in a very quite and safe area, Tesco express is 8 minutes walking distance, wine shop just 200 yards from the property and Alexandria Park is just around the corner. The property is in a very good location, affordable, clean and spacious, well facilitate, great service and assistance from owner.

  • "Fantastic property in a great location to explore central Belfast and the surrounding areas."

This house has lovely light and airy rooms that make it feel like a home from home. Off road parking in a city centre was an added bonus. Host was very welcoming when initially showing us around the house. She quickly sorted an issue that we had getting hot water so we could enjoy the rest of our holiday. Would recommend this property to anyone who wants a comfortable base from which to explore Norther Ireland.
