Set across one level and boasting a traditional warm and welcoming interior, Teach Fáilte makes for an idyllic base for both family and friends looking to explore the delights of this wonderful region.

A spacious driveway greets you at the foot of this lovely dwelling, making loading and unloading an easy task, leading you through the colourful doorway and into a handy hallway space, perfect for kicking off your shoes and storing your belongings away from the main living areas.

Follow the wooden flooring through to the snug sitting room, where you can look forward to settling down in front of the Smart TV to catch up on your favourite show with a crisp glass of wine at the end of an action-packed day.

Utilise the range of modern amenities provided in the fully-equipped kitchen/diner to prepare a heart-warming meal for the group before setting the table and gathering together to indulge in the fruits of your labour as you recount the days adventures.

Carry the conversation outdoors and take a seat amongst the vibrant shrubbery of the well-maintained front garden to soak in the last of the evening sun with your favourite tipple, or let the little ones burn off some steam amongst the extensive gardens tucked away at the rear of the property.

As the evening draws to a close, retire to one of the three well-presented bedrooms for the evening, with your choice between an intimate single room or either of the two thoughtfully laid-out family rooms, each benefiting from access to their own en-suite bathroom, ideal for guests with limited mobility.

A short drive will lead you to an 18-hole golf course, Enniscorthy Golf Club, so be sure to pack your clubs and make use of the fantastic parkland.

Jump in the cat and head to the heart of the nearby town of Enniscorthy, the second largest in the county, where you'll find a fantastic selection of attractions and amenities.

Marvel at the remarkable 16th-century architecture of Enniscorthy Castle before immersing yourself in history with a tour of the National 1798 Rebellion Centre, or keep the little ones entertained with a game of pitch and putt.

After working up an appetite, indulge in a spot of traditional Irish food with a visit to the restaurants and bars that are available before ending the day with a crisp pint of Guinness served alongside some good craic with your choice of Irish bar.

Spend a fun-filled day out vising the elegant Victorian grounds of Wells House & Gardens, dating back to the 17th-century and stretching over 450 acres of ancient woodland and formal gardens, the idyllic setting for a scenic stroll; let the little ones run wild at the adventure playground, meet the animals at the farm, or pick up a homemade keepsake at the quirky craft courtyard.

For the golf lovers you can visit the beautiful local Enniscorthy course and savor the incredible views whilst completing 18 holes.

Venture further afield and visit the coastal town of Wexford, where you can test your swing with a round of golf at the 18-hole parkland course, savour fresh fish and chips as you watch the boats sail in at the peaceful harbour, test your luck with a tip to Wexford Racecourse, or if you time it right, catch a magnificent live performance at the Wexford Festival Opera.
