1 Customer Review

  • "We had a lovely week in this cottage."

It's situated between Ferns and Enniscorthy and was a great base for exploring all of Wexford County. Lisa was very helpful in advance of our holiday with recommendations of places to visit for food and sightseeing and she checked in on us mid-week to make sure we had everything we needed. We got lucky with the weather that week so didn't spend a huge amount of time in the house during the day but the bedrooms are spacious and clean and beds comfortable. Wonderful power shower in the main bathroom. Kitchen is well stocked with the usual crockery and utensils and Lisa had even left us a welcoming gift which was thoughtful. Two tvs kept everyone happy and the WiFi was handy to have also. The floors downstairs and up are split level and the stairs up to the second floor are fairly steep, so I'm not sure I would want to be there with very young children or anyone who is unsteady on their feet. Having said that, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely be happy to go back. Thanks Lisa and family for having us :-)
