  • "I stayed at The Coach House for 2 weeks and I had an absolutely fantastic and memorable time."

The location and cottages are stunning. I'm already planning my next holiday there. You are left to your own devices and the cottages themselves have everything you need. Extremely clean and very cozy. All amenities and facilities are first class. Donal, the property manager is absolutely fantastic. Any questions or minor requests he is always on hand to asset. Wonderful location for families or by yourself to just get away from everything. I cannot recommend The Mews high enough. If I could give it more than 10/10 I would. Thanks to Donal and John for the perfect holiday and looking forward to coming back.

  • "Beautiful setting, spacious accommodation, our host was really helpful with tips on the local area."

Needs a general spruce up and the waterflow in the bathroom was poor, but would definitely go back.

  • "Just returned from the most incredible two weeks at Minmore Mews."

We stayed at the Coach House which is situated in the middle of the beautifully kept grounds. Everything about it was perfect. Lovely matching wooden furniture upstairs and downstairs, beautiful leather suite, really comfortable bed (long enough for my 6'4" husband - most places we go his feet are hanging out the end!). The water (from their own well) was wonderful - for bathing, washing hair and drinking. Donal couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, even though he had such a lot to do looking after the grounds. He told us where the best beaches were and the most interesting places to visit. He even managed to find Glocca Morra for me! There were many leaflets in the house for some amazing places and many, many more in the games room (which also had a vast supply of books and DVDs). Everything we needed was provided (towels, soap, washing up liquid, tea towels, etc). I can't fault anything about this place and really didn't want to leave at the end of the two weeks. I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone.

  • "*****Excellent Stay***** - Coach House Cottage is situated in a courtyard of 6 other well maintained properties."

Donal and John were on site to welcome us, and are often around for a chat. The cottage had views over Wicklow hills a large bedroom and everything for two and our dog. TV is Saoview only wifi is ok for light use (not for streaming) but the games room has a good selection of DVD's and books. Dogs need to be on leads around the property as there are chickens roaming free and the properties have open access to the road. Shillelagh is within a short drive, the local shop in the village is well stocked is also the petrol station and has a takeaway on an evening. There is also a local pub, park with play area and of course the famous Shillelagh shop There is a forestry area (about 3km from the property) for walks nearby and several walking /hiking areas within 30 mins drive.

  • "Excellent location for touring Wexford and Wicklow and beyond."

The bed was extremely comfortable. A freezer would have been useful I never bought to ask as we have always had at least an icebox in a fridge but none this time which meant we could not freeze our ice packs so no picnics as unable to keep food cool when out.

  • "Minmore Mews is situated in a lovely part of County Wicklow."

Unfortunately the details of the Coach House was not the same as the details in your information. There was no dishwasher and the cooker was gas and not electric as stated. I did contact owner who came and apologiesd and very kindly moved us to another property, which did have dishwasher and electric cooker. I have since looked at property details and this has been changed. Both properties were cosy and comfortable. Properties would be more appealing and likely to be recommended to family and friends, if they had some TLC to their decor, as it has become a bit tired.
