"Great short break away with my family."
Our boys had a ball. Lots of things to explore in the local area. Pariag was brilliant very friendly and attentive great host. The outdoor area around the cabins is immaculate would love to return
"The site was extremely well kept and clean."
The owner was very helpful and made sure we had everything that we needed. The cabins although being old were in excellent condition. Some small maintenance was needed (reported to owner) a few light bulbs needed replacing. Unfortunately didn't sleep to well as the mattress needs replacing, very lumpy. Because of Covid restrictions the games room was closed, which was a bit disappointing Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return.

The games room was a hit with all the family in the evenings. The owner couldn't do enough for us and was lovely. Really hope to go back for another holiday.
"The peace and quiet was outstanding."
The cabin was great, and the grounds ran down to the river. Good games room for the kids to play in too. The owners/staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. We are already planning a return visit.
"The accommodatiin is very tired and in need of total upgrade because if this it does not feel very clean."
Outside space is nicely kept and can be well utilised weather permitting. The location is good for touring the area
"Very happy with our cabin, lovely grounds and walks, everyone very friendly."
Our dogs had a great time with the walks, very peaceful, relaxing holiday.
"Great location and cabins."
Every cabin has a barbecue even though the ad states only a few have them. Don’t expect to be put in the cabin number that you book as the owner will offer you what there is at the time. So basically get there early and you will have a choice. Can also fish at the river nearby and multiple lakes within a short distance. The closest village/shop is 3.5 mile away but the garage there does everything you need. Electric charge for us was €10 for 4 days based on usage. Some people have been charged €10 a day but I believe that was when booked through a groupon deal. Overall will definitely go back again.
Dog friendly is what really sold it for us. Would recommend.
"We spent a week here we had a fantastic week the weather was great."
Its s good base not too far from tayto park Dublin zoo and we also did Lough key adventure park. My son loved the lake behind for fishing. There is a tennis court also the kids enjoyed this also. The owners were soo helpful we will definitely be back..
