The village of Ballingarry in County Limerick is a small community with a shop and pubs, and a country house lodge with restaurant open to the public close by too. This area is full of quiet country lanes and clean fresh air, with outdoor activities such as fishing, golf, riding or walking on offer. Head into Limerick for a day at the races or simply to take in the vibrant atmosphere of the shops, pubs and eateries. Explore the trails in Curraghchase Forest Park, or head to Listowel for shopping or Ballybunnion for the sea. Or, head over the border into County Cork, for a day trip to Cork city or Kinsale.
