  • "Kilkee is such a beautiful place."

The view on the cliff walk is breath taking. It definitely rivals the Cliffs of Moher. Carraig Bride is in a perfect location. If you get the weather l can’t think of a nicer place to be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

The house was very poor quality all round .

Kilkee has a well deserved reputation as the safest bathing place in Ireland with bathing and swimming enjoyed at all stages of the tide. The Kilkee Surf School runs surf camps for children aged 9 to 16 at Kilkee and Doughmore beaches every week of the summer holidays or why not try Waterworld? A popular all-weather facility, Waterworld has a range of indoor water attractions including a bubble pool, shower geysers, the 'lazy river ride' and a 61m crystal tower slide, and the Thalassotherapy Centre which offers a variety of sea based therapies. The 18-hole championship golf course is situated on the road towards George's Head and stretches along the spectacular cliffs. There are also numerous walks with cliff scenery that can only be described as spectacular. Kilkee has a variety of cafes and restaurants specialising in locally caught fish and shellfish, while the pubs and lounge bars have regular music competitions, traditional Irish nights, cabaret, dancing and pub theatre.
