  • "Lovely property, in a quiet street with beautiful views over the river."

We found it ideally situated for visiting the area and it had everything we needed for a week away from home. Great to have a washer and dryer at hand! Thank you for letting us use your lovely house.

  • "Great location in a quiet little town!"

Labasheeda is the perfect place from which to explore the area. View from the house of the estuary and surrounding area was beautiful and despite being on the main road, there was very little traffic or noise. Well-equipped and very comfortable. Dog friendly with a fully fenced yard.

  • "A lovely home with beautiful views set in a quiet village."

Lots of space both inside and out, our dog thoroughly enjoyed the back of the house where he could run free in a big area. Would definitely return and would certainly recommend if you're looking for a nice, relaxing break.

  • "The home was so comfy and had everything wee needed the people that we dealt with where very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend."

The scenery was breath taken so peaceful and quiet. I would say that people who are driving ensure you have plenty of petrol as the closest station is a few miles away.

  • "It felt like home away from home."

We really appreciated the tea brack, it was delicious. The only draw back for a house that sleeps 9 is there wasn’t enough seats in the living room & the rocking chair is uncomfortable. It was within driving distance to lots of attractions. I would definitely recommend this house.

  • "Generally the cottage was brilliant, had mostly everything we needed, was comfortable and spacious."

Couple of suggestions for future visitors, a couple of baking trays would be ideal in the kitchen as only roasting trays were found. Also the bed frame in the master bedroom was extremely noisy meaning one adult moved from that room to another. Minor issues, otherwise great stay!

I can think of no downside. There were lovely extra touches for comfort and we greatly enjoyed the cake. The village is lovely and friendly and great for dog walks especially to the little quay. Highly recommended by all of us.

  • "House was spotless, bedrooms were a good size, comfy beds, fluffy towels; like a home away from home!"

Great to have dining room separate from TV room as it means kids & adults can have a bit of privacy at times. Quiet street, amazing views of the estuary. Not far from stunning Kilkee; beaches and pollock holes & lovely walks. As well as Spanish Point beach.
