This family-friendly detached cottage is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, just outside the charming town of Lisdoonvarna, in County Clare.

Guests can enjoy a large open plan living area, complete with a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area to enjoy home-cooked meals together, and you can all then retire to the sitting area.

This delightful cottage can cater for many party types, with its four well-presented bedrooms, two of which have the added bonus of en-suite shower rooms.

With an enclosed garden to the front and rear, children can play safely, whilst you sit back and relax with a refreshing drink and planning your next day’s activities.

The town of Lisdoonvarna is short walk away from this attractive cottage, and is home to a charming selection of shops and traditional pubs that serve delicious menus, ales and live Irish music most evenings.

The town is on Ireland’s stunning Wild Atlantic Way and is famed for its music and festivals, with the most popular being the Matchmaking Festival held each year, attracting visitors from all corners of the globe.

There's also dancing, music and an infectious atmosphere in the town.

For something a little more energetic, why not explore the Burren which lies on your doorstep, a vast sprawl of limestone and exotic plant life offering superb walking routes?

Fifteen minutes in the car will take you along the Wild Atlantic Way to the majestic Cliffs of Moher and many more coastal attractions, such as sandy beaches, Doolin Caves and surfing at Lahinch.

Further afield, are the cobbled streets of Galway City and the town of Ennis, as well as several excellent golf courses.

Lisdoonvarna is Ireland's premier Spa town, situated in the Burren region of County Clare, and is home to the Spa Wells Health Centre, the only active spa centre in Ireland, boasting a Victorian pump house, sauna, massage room and mineral baths, situated in woodland surroundings. The town is also home to the 150 year old Matchmaking Festival, which takes place every year during September. Attracting thousands from around the world, the festival offers music and dancing and finishes with the grand final where the best matched couple are awarded the coveted titles of "Mr Lisdoonvarna" and "Queen of the Burren"!
