Guests can enjoy two comfortable bedrooms which can cater for a variety of party types, whilst the open plan living area comprises a small fitted kitchen, dining area with sea views and a sitting area complete with a sofa bed for extra flexibility.
Leading from the open plan living area via French doors, is a bright and welcoming conservatory where everyone can gather and chill out.
Outside the cottage is the owners’ spacious garden which is fully available to guests with stunning sea views, quirky crafts and sculptures and with a few extremely friendly resident pets who might want to say hello!

Just 550 yards from the property are headlands overlooking the sea, perfect for hiking and picnics.
The town of Miltown Malbay lies between the two villages of Lahinch and Quilty and is a hub of activity all year round, with plenty of traditional pubs to choose from, many showcasing live Irish music most nights, a selection of shops and places to eat, with local seafood being the star of most menus.
The area is simply a paradise for lovers of the outdoors, with endless attractions within easy reach including sandy beaches at Whitestrand, Lahinch and Spanish Point, the majestic Cliffs of Moher, surfing, fishing and golf courses at Lahinch and Doonbeg.

The pretty town of Miltown Malbay is located close to the Atlantic coast in County Clare, and is only an hour from Shannon Airport. Famed for its traditional Irish music, it is home to the Willie Clancy music festival, which is held in July, however visitors will find fabulous live music in many pubs and bars whatever the time of year. Miltown Malbay is close to some excellent beach resorts, including Lahinch, Spanish Point and Doonbeg, all of which are well worth a visit for their relaxed vibe and great surf, not to mention their excellent golf courses. The Burren National Park to the north of the town is a mecca for walkers and nature lovers with its unique geological landscapes and rich colourful wildflowers. Also to the north you will find the striking Cliffs of Moher, which rise majestically out of the ocean and are best appreciated from one of many boat trips departing nearby.
