  • "Owners dominic and grainne are very nice people, the place is situated near a bay, however the picture of the house does not reveal a building immediately in front, and a warehouse behind it,which lessens the view on both sides, the property itself is fine for most purposes, but I'd say the duvets are too small they should be the next size up(kingsize)guys, as theres no overhang to them,it can be difficult despite the directions to identify the correct left turn to the property,so the l 6082 sign should help there from memory, otherwise going to shops or pubs is quite close, which is unusual in ireland so a bonus."

  • "Lovely house we really enjoyed our stay the peace and quiet was divine."

The house is well equipped and in the most wonderful spot in the Bay. The hosts are very friendly and helpful .The birds that frequent the bay are a joy to watch. The property is not far from Kilkee or Kilrush and Kilimer where you can get the little ferry to Kerry. Loved it all we will definitely be back.

  • "The house was a perfect location."

Lovely and quiet with beautiful scenery. We put the stove on one evening as it got quiet cool. A lot of smoke came out so badly that I couldn't stay in the room. The stove needs cleaning, perhaps. When running the water in the morning a strong smell came from it. The bathroom was very cold.

Many thanks to the property owners, who were very helpful and knowledgeable about what was in the area, but also gave us plenty of space and privacy. We'll definitely be back!

  • "The property was in a beautiful quiet location."

The electric heaters were not enough to heat the property so the stove is a great benefit. Only a half roll of toilet paper was left in each bathroom, not enough for 2 guests for 4 nights. Large volume of dead flies when i opened the velux windows upstairs. All the lampshades in the property were covered in cobwebs and dust. Inadequately cleaned.
