There are three bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs, plus another room with a double sofa bed upstairs, so most needs will be catered for.
On the ground floor is a well-equipped kitchen, traditionally furnished with a range and an oak dining table in the middle, seating 8 people, keeping everyone together while breakfast is being rustled up.
In the evening, take dinner through into the dining room, which can seat 8 people, put the radio on in the background and discuss the day’s highlights over tasty home-cooked food, enjoying the warmth being emitted from the electric stove.
After dinner, make your way into the sitting room and relax on the comfy sofas, let your dinner settle and maybe even enjoy a snooze, in the west facing room.
Outside, to the back of the property, you will find a patio with furniture, where you can sip on a well-earned drink, or relax in the colourful sunroom as you watch the sun set in the cool summer breeze.
The quiet town of Foynes is right on your doorstep so you can absorb its local history and sample its variety of pubs, without having to worry about who’ll drive home!
Venture a little further afield to make the most of the sun and the Irish coastline by exploring the Wild Atlantic Way.
With the city of Limerick forty minutes away, Tralee in County Kerry an hour in the other direction and the ferry across to County Clare only 20 minutes down the road, this really is an ideal base for exploring as far as your heart desires.
