“Gary and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Bungalow.”

The beds were comfy, the bathroom is new and updated. I appreciated the washer/dryer in the house, since we had already been in Scotland for a week and had laundry to do. I also loved using the clotheslines way out back where I was able to hang some of the clothes to dry. The gardens were in full bloom and were lovely. We were able to use the grill several times while we were there, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals at home. There's a Super Valu a short walk away ...

We were able to use the grill several times while we were there, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals at home. There's a Super Valu a short walk away that was very handy. The Bungalow is 5 minutes or less from 'downtown' Miltown Malbay and its many pubs and restaurants. We were entertained several evenings in Friels Pub with traditional Irish music and great conversations. There are several other pubs in town who also provide music and company. We drove a short distance to see the Cliffs of Moher, Spanish Point Beach and were an hour's drive to Bunratty Castle for a Medieval Dinner one night. Wifi kept me in touch with home, a fire in the fireplace kept us cozy, and we had baked treats a couple of time from our hostess, Gertie. I can wholeheartedly recommend this facility, and it's wonderful owners, to anyone looking for a great relaxing holiday!
