  • "We had a great week in Kerry."

Weather played ball for the most part and our accommodation was excellent and also so quiet. A very long drive for us but well worth it. Highly recommend.

  • "Well presented, stylish and comfortable accommodation for two in an excellent location for exploring Kerry and the surrounding area."

Situated in gorgeous gardens with a private decking area for sitting out. The apartment was very clean, with especially lovely bedding and towels provided. The owners were very friendly and provided a welcoming pack including bread, milk, cheese and other local produce, which was very kind and much appreciated by us on arrival. Many thanks.

  • "What a beautiful week we had in Beaufort."

Philip had everything laid on for our comfort. The facilities were 1st class. The view and space we had was priceless. Our doggie loved it especially having Philips little dog Clyde to play with. We were easily able to get to various sights and towns of the amazing county Kerry. This is one holiday venue that we will return to. Highly recommended.

Hosts were lovely and the property itself was faultless, views from the window were amazing with a small stroll down to the river on the grounds. Killarney was just a few minutes drive away and everything you could need was easily accessible. Fantastic location for all the local attractions including Carrauntoohil mountain, the Ring of Kerry and Killarney National Park. So much tranquility! Great shower. Very friendly host. For longer staying I missed an washingmachine (and maybe a dishwasher :-) )

  • "The apartment is situated 10 mins drive from Killarney, in the lovely village of Beaufort."

It’s very secluded, private and peaceful. It’s situated in an ideal location to explore all that Kerry has to offer. Our host were so welcoming and very helpful. The apartment was furnished to a high standard and felt so homely, bright and airy. The shower was a treat every morning. And the kitchen was well appointed. Our welcome pack was lovely with freshly baked bread from a local baker in Killorgan and a lovely complimentary bottle of wine. We didn’t have the best weather, but still enjoyed coffee a couple of mornings on the outside decking and a glass of wine in the evening. Pets are welcomed and has a very nice lawn garden to explore down to the river. We most definitely will come back. Jonathan & Blanca

  • "Mary and Philip, our hosts, were fantastic."

They made sure we had everything we needed and more. We arrived to find a lovely sparkling clean, well stocked cottage. They had even thought to make sure there was something for us to eat for supper after our long drive. Eamer, their daughter, baked some nice cupcakes for us and all in all we felt very spoiled. The property itself is the perfect place to relax. The bathroom has probably the best shower we have ever had the good fortune to use along with a toilet and nice sized basin. The kitchen has a four plate electric hob and oven, a small fridge and plenty space for washing up. There is a small table to sit at while having your meals and a comfortable couch, chair and coffee table for you to use while relaxing in front of the smart TV or taking advantage of one of the interesting books or games left for your entertainment. A short walk to the bottom of the garden reveals a hut with a good sized deck and deck chairs to sit on while enjoying a drink and watching the Salmon occasionally jumping in the river. Mary and Philip gave us great advice about places to visit and before we left, advised us of the most scenic routes to travel to our next destination. A definite five stars for this stay.
