  • "If you're after a quiet, rural location then this is perfect for you."

The house is off the beaten track and has beautiful, well maintained gardens. Noreen, the owner is the perfect host - we really enjoyed chatting with her. All in all we had a very relaxing week here and it was a great base for our family to come and visit us. The very extensive gardens were great for our kids, their cousins and the dog to play in.

  • "Very clean and pleasant."

Bathroom cramped in toilet area due to low sloping ceiling, but my cousin (nearly 6ft tall) maanaged OK. Not easy to find at first ! (But would recommend this property)

  • "I had a fabulous stay at Ocean View."

Noreen was so lovely & helpful. The garden is huge great for dogs with a lovely table to sit at with an incredible view. The cottage although quite remote has a wonderful drive to it right along the stunning waters edge. It’s location is perfect for exploring west Cork whilst also being away from it all making it an idyllic private chill out home from home.

My stay was comfortable and great value for money. Norreen the lady who owns Ocean View ensured we were will informed of our visit down south to Cork and where to go, she has been very kind, welcome and friendly. We gave her two lovely dogs treats as a thank you gesture before we left. Was glad to have been able to bring my own little dogs too.
