  • "This is a great base from which to discover County Cork."

Lovely to have the wood burner, though we didn’t really need it whilst there in summer. Hugh and Caroline are very welcoming and introduced us to the chickens and pigs on the farm! The WiFi works in the bedroom but not the living room/kitchen-diner, unfortunately.

Also your network signal may be weak, altogether leaving you without communication means.

  • "No freezer compartment in fridge, very small screen TV, microwave stored in cupboard if we required it we had to lift it out and find space to put it and plug it in, no curtains in bedroom only a very thin blind so the bedroom was very bright until 10."

30pm, hard to sleep if you went to bed before, only one small saucepan, no welcome pack only a small jar of jam, disappointing really.
