Great kitchen for breakfast each day. Located between Killarney and Tralee for accessibility to shops, restaurants etc. Love, love, love this accommodation.

Very big, comfortable rooms with awesome beds and duvets. The property was very well equipped and tge welcome pack of local apple tart and biscuits etc was a super touch. The only slight downside is that for so many double rooms there are only 2 showers! This could be a problem if all rooms are filled! Magnificent views and a stunning location. We will be back

  • "Glasmor House was beyond our expectations."

When we arrived at the property Joan met us with a warm welcome which was very much appreciated. She was an excellent host and very attentive when we contacted her. She also recommended places to visit during our week. The house is located centrally between Killarney and Tralee. The garden is excellent for dogs as it is fully enclosed with plenty of space for them to run around. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, well equipped for all our needs. Lovely to wake up each morning to the sound of the rooster, and cattle in the adjoining field. Definitely a home from home and we would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone wishing to visit the Killarney area. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Thank you so much for your great review, great to hear you enjoyed your your stay. Would be delighted to have you all back any time, and thank you also for recommending our property. Property Owner

  • "What a a beautiful holiday home!"

We were astonished by the magnificent interior and the architecture of the house. It is so specious, had all the facilities needed and was so charming that none of us wanted to leave. Joan was so kind, she responded fast and tryed to help when needed. The rooms were decorated with a huge love for details and a lovely Irish touch. We loved the kitchen most, since six adults were able to cook, chat and laugh there together. We had little trouble regulating the heating, but it worked out for us in the end. The scenery outside the house was more than fantastic. We woke up to the most beautiful view of the Kerry countryside, with horses and cows on the fields. Here we faced the Ireland that everyone is dreaming of. We remained speechless.... All our kids loved exploring and playing in the house and they were extremely sad to leave this place. However, we all gathered wonderful memories in this memorable place.

Thanks a million for your lovely review, you were great guests, be delighted to have you back any time. Property Owner

  • "Fabulous property in an amazing location."

Just a few minutes drive to Tesco and Lidl and yet you feel as though you are in the middle of nowhere with the beautiful Shannon Mountains in the distance. Eleven of us stayed here and there were plenty of places where individuals could 'get away' from everyone else while the communal areas were plenty big enough to accommodate us all. Incredibly friendly and helpful owners. Loved it here.

  • "The property is easy to find and beautiful."

It’s a very spacious and tastefully decorated house, with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean, which was great to see. Plenty of comfortable seating and the host was very helpful and very fast to respond to questions and to assist. My only, minor, criticism, is that we chose the house in particular for a couple of features we saw in the photos: a whirlpool bath that doesn’t seem to work, and the large aga stove. We needed to call the host quite a few times (who responded very quickly) but I was beginning to feel as though I was being troublesome. (An instruction book would help, and a pre-check before people arrive). But certainly None of us could make the whirlpool bath work, and the main aga was disabled with only the smaller stove available. Not a big thing, but I was a little disappointed. However, it is a beautiful place, well situated, well decorated, stocked, and comfortable. We would certainly stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay and the owners couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Everything that you could wish for was provided with great attention paid to detail. Would suggest a 4 slice toaster rather than a 2, for such a large property though. Thank you for letting us stay in such a beautiful property with great views and we very much hope to return.

  • "The house is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail with lots of Christmas decorations and even a Christmas tree."

The view and the surroundings are wonderful. Joan and Pete are loving hosts and on the second day they stopped by again to check if everything is okay. We felt like at home. Unfortunately, the Google Maps link is not quite correct. The written directions are correct, but it is harder to find without the right Google Maps link. This is the correct link: https://goo.gl/maps/fiS3cMCZvhk1zVb86 The key is in a mini safe locked with a combination lock (of which I forgot the number); the safe and the number weren't mentioned in the key collection details, this is why we had to call the owner Joan which came by in a couple of minutes and helped us out and on that occasion showed us around the house.

  • "The house was beautiful."

The owners’ daughter and son showed us around and were at the end of a phone if we needed anything (a credit to their Mom and Dad). We come from Kerry originally and we were delighted with everything, from the beautiful house to the peace and quiet. The house is situated perfectly between Tralee and Killarney and the towns of Killorglin and Castleisland are not too far of a drive either. We would definitely recommend a stay here. Sorry it took so long to write up this review. Best wishes! (The Murphy Family - Dublin)
