“You need to correct your driving instructions.”

One of the restaurants given as a landmark has changed names. No longer have my copy so can’t remember the names now. We got lost and had to call the owner. Would be nice to have a hair dryer available and paper towels or napkins. Beds are very comfy.

House very clean comfortable and modern and owner facilities any requests. The only thing is the old couches in some of the rooms are not very attractive and should be got rid off also a lot of chopped cups and plates etc. in general fantastic house in superb location thx

The house is very clean, and fairly well equipped (no salad bowl or serving dishes), and I would have liked an instruction manual on how to use the heating: I tried to adjust the thermostats but it took about 24 hours before we felt the temperature rise (it is underfloor heating). Minor niggles: only one towel per person is provided, there really should be a bath and hand towel each; when we arrived, 3 lightbulbs needed replacing (that should be checked by the cleaner before arrival).

“Modern, spacious and child friendly house with a beautiful view”

We stayed here twice for a week in July 2014 and June 2015. The house has a very modern and spacious interior. All mod cons for a family. Great rooms and furniture. Approx 1 mile outside Waterville. Quiet spot with a great view at the rear of the house. We have wonderful family memories in this house. We will return.

“Beautiful, spacious house with large garden”

I stayed with 3 adults and 2 children in July 2013. We were immediately impressed and drove up to the house and felt it was a lot bigger than it seemed in the photos. There is plenty of outdoor space for the kids to play football and the house has everything you could need. It was very clean, bright and spacious. The house is furnished to a very high standard and the owners were very obliging and easy to contact. I would highly recommend this property to families and groups! Looking forward to staying again!

“fantastic cottage in great location”

Was our first trip to Ireland & we were certainly not disappointed. Chose county Kerry as it looked one of the most stunning areas. Very wild & dramatic scenery some of which could be seen from the cottage which was located just outside of waterville, a small attractive coastal resort on the Ring of Kerry. Cottage is new with lovely furniture & spacious rooms, all very clean & tasteful.Also has large garden at back with great sea & mountain views. Good area for golfing , fishing & walking.

Nestled between Ballinskelligs Bay and Lough Currane, sits Waterville, the premier coastal tourist centre on the Ring of Kerry. Surrounded by mountains and lakeland, Waterville also offers a fine sandy beach, two golf courses, one being a championship 18-hole course, a selection of restaurants and bars, as well as interesting archaeological remains. Enjoy walks along the wonderful Kerry Way, or angling and fishing on one of the area’s many excellent rivers or lakes. Take a boat trip to the Skellig Rocks, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and enjoy fabulous vistas across the bay, coupled with seeing one of Europe’s best-known and oldest monasteries. Other trips of note are Valentia Island, with its superb views to Skellig Rocks, Slea Head and the Blasket Islands, a trip to Dingle, or a visit to the bustling coastal town of Cahersiveen, which is only 10 miles away.
