“Fantastic house with a gorgeous view - everything was spotless and well appointed.”

But the best thing by far, was the hospitality of our hosts - their kindness was very much appreciated and a real Irish welcome.

The property

This lovely detached dormer bungalow is situated near the small fishing village of Glenbeigh on the stunning Ring of Kerry.

The cottage provides plenty of space for a family group or for friends looking to get together and explore this beautiful part of Ireland.

Spectacular views from all the rooms of the Wild Atlantic Way, makes this cottage a must!

Enter the property through patio doors into the dining room with sitting area where you can enjoy your meals or just sit in the easy chairs enjoying the view through the patio to the sea.

Off this room there is a utility area with a washing machine, dryer and fridge/freezer.

Move through into the well-equipped kitchen with comfy sitting area, where you can sit and relax in front of the woodburner if the weather turns a bit cold.

Again, lovely views of the sea.

On the same floor there are two double bedrooms, one of which has a basin in the room, a twin bedroom, also with basin and a double bedroom.

There is a family bathroom and also a separate cloakroom with basin and WC.

If you then take the spiral staircase you will find a beautiful twin bedroom with an en-suite shower.

Outside there is a patio with furniture where you can sit and relax with a good book whilst listening to the waves and enjoying the fresh air.

Take a stroll into the village where you are only moments away from a fine array of shops, pubs and restaurants.

The beautiful sandy beach at Rossbeigh is just over a mile away from the cottage, which stretches for over four miles.

Take a dip in these safe waters, or for the more adventurous there is surfing, kayaking or paragliding to get your adrenaline pumping.

Glenbeigh is another place which you should visit.

With the breathtaking surroundings in this pretty village, and whilst travelling the Ring of Kerry, will have you returning to the magical charm that is Ireland, again and again.
