    Mrs Sion

“A very pleasant stay in this home (second time in this cottage).”

Very well located, the house is within walking distance of everything. A good place to visit and recharge your batteries in family. Sheila was very available by message (need for some repairs and information : leak in rainy weather, questioning on the bins). Small additions to amenities : no electricity included in the rental price, a wifi network is available but a fixed price must be paid to access it.

The cottage

A well-presented detached cottage, situated in a holiday development, in the heart of the friendly village of Sneem, County Kerry.

Immaculately presented throughout, this lovely cottage in Sneem is the perfect base for anyone wishing to explore the beautiful south west of Ireland.

With mountain and lake views, this Sneem cottage has three bedrooms, including two with en-suite shower rooms, plus the open plan living area is an ideal place to spend time with loved ones after a day exploring the area.

From the sitting area, open the French doors and relax on the enclosed decked area, where you can enjoy the last rays of the day with a cold drink, or why not spend time in the large side garden, which is shared with other holiday cottages.

The small, peaceful village of Sneem, known as The Knot on the Ring of Kerry, seems to have avoided time and remained unspoilt.

Enjoy a spot of golf, fishing and nature trails, or you may wish to stretch your legs and venture out of Sneem to visit Waterville and Cahersiveen, both of which are located on the Ring of Kerry.

Further afield is the town of Killarney, one of Ireland's most popular tourist destinations, where you can spend the day exploring the breathtaking National Park or the stunning Gap of Dunloe.

A delightful Sneem cottage, in an excellent area for discovering County Kerry.
