The property

Boolteens 0.5 miles.

A fantastic, detached house located just outside the peaceful village of Boolteens, close to Castlemaine Harbour in County Kerry.

With plenty of room on offer, this property will make an excellent retreat for groups of friends, or families, to get together and explore what County Kerry has to offer.

Set over two floors, there are four good-sized bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and two of which have the bonus of en-suite facilities.

With an open plan living area consisting of a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with solid fuel stove, everyone will be close at hand to discuss the highlights of the day whilst mouth-watering meals are being prepared.

If you do need your own space, then that’s not a problem either with a separate sitting room on offer, perfect for curling up with a good book in front of the open fire, or, why not enjoy a soak in the wonderful Jacuzzi bath?

With the sun shining, open the patio doors in the dining area and let the summer breeze in through the house.

While the young ones run around in the garden burning off their endless supply of energy, the grown-ups in your party can sit back and relax with a well-earned drink.

The village of Boolteens is just down the road to tend to your basic needs, and with stunning scenery in the area you can decide to go for a leisurely stroll or head to the mountains for something a little more challenging.

A little further and you will find yourself at Inch Beach looking out over the Atlantic, or go a bit further still and explore the Dingle Peninsula.

Alternatively, head up the twisting Conor Pass, where you can look out over both sides of the peninsula and down into Dingle.

Whatever you decide to do, this superb cottage will ensure that you have a wonderful County Kerry getaway.
