  • "House and all the facilities were first rate."

Beaches are beautiful. Shame there weren’t restaurants etc open but that was Covid related. Had a super holiday here.

  • "Fan Tamaill is an Idyllic cottage totally amazingly equipped for self catering and in the heart of the most beautiful Donegal hills."

We had the greatest week and will definitely revisit Lettermacaward and thats having spent time here during an unprecedented pandemic, Dooey beach the highlight but Shush, don't get that out there, keep it quiet!

  • "Just had a week with extended family staying in the two extremely well equipped cottages."

Beautiful views all around the cottages that could be enjoyed from sitting room also. Photos actually don’t do it justice. Plenty of outdoor running around space and and were entertained by the stream running around the property and the sheep. Very close to a gorgeous off road dedicated cycle lane which brings you into Lettermacaward- this is currently being extended to Dungloe. Whole area is rich with pristine beaches, cute villages and even a waterfall to explore. Very accommodating and welcome hosts and overall one of the loveliest holidays I’ve had in Ireland. Donegal my new favourite county. Beidh muid ar ais!

  • "We took both the cottages on this site for an extended family and they were ideal for this."

Both cottages were beautiful and were spotless. The house keeper Eileen had prepared them to the highest of standards and she herself was exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

  • "We had a fabulous vacation, rented the two houses for a family reunion, the location is excellent, houses are beautifully restored, and just rustic enough to know you are in a real thatched cottage."

Would highly recommend to all. We actually loved that there was no wifi, a nice needed break from the real world.
