  • "Reluctantly we returned home yesterday."

We were extremely happy with this accommodation which was bright, clean, spacious and modern. It is furnished really well with everything you would need for your holiday. We were so impressed that we have already booked for next Easter but this time we will be going for 2 weeks instead of 1. The location of the property is simply beautiful. The owner communicated extremely well with us and was very helpful. As a side note I have seen properties online then when I arrived they have been half the size from the impression on the photos. This property is exactly how it is shown.

  • "What a wonderful place to stay."

We've just returned from a week's stay in a stunning property in beautiful Donegal. The views from the panoramic full length windows in the lounge were absolutely stunning. The underfloor heating made the whole property so cosy and warm, and the beds were incredibly comfortable making for a fabulously relaxing holiday. Traeannagh Bay House truly is a stunning property which we would thoroughly recommend to anyone travelling to this part of Ireland.

  • "We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house."

My son and grandson flew from the UK to spend the week with us...The house was lovely and easy to use. My well behaved dog soon got used to new surroundings with the exception of the robot lawnmower ! which seemed to start when he was outside...apologies for his barking. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants a home from home holiday and to have a relaxing time...Thank you for allowing us to have a family holiday at this amazing place. Would like to think we will return.

  • "I am just afraid to provide my genuine feedback on this piece of paradise as I worry that I will not be able to book it when I want to in the future."

This is my fourth trip this year to Teresa and Bernard's properties, here and Crohy house - this area of Donegal is so special, we travelled short distances to different beaches each day and indeed many times a day too. The house is so comfortable, clean, modern, every possible facility available. The panoramic view from the sitting room is truly special - 180 degree landscape to include rolling mountains, sea, tides and the oyster farm of course. Stylish, modern, clean and comfortable and so quiet - a piece of paradise to relax in. Also had the pleasure of meeting Bernard and Teresa this time which was super special. The fantastic furniture and maintenance of their properties is a credit to them both.

There was no grill, and the dish washer lock mechanism gave trouble. The sheets in my bedroom had yellow stains.

It was extremely clean and suited our family of 4 adults perfectly. Lots of walks nearby or within a short distance. The furnishings are very comfortable in all rooms. Comfortable beds also. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in. We found the local people friendly and very helpful when we had an unfortunate car breakdown.

  • "What a beautiful house in a fabulous location."

A true treat for us all just after Christmas. Everything to hand, it felt like we were the first people to rent the house out - everything impeccable and what a fabulous view. The most comfortable leather couches from which to truly view 4 seasons in one hour - thank you for the lovely bottle of bubbly - a very special touch. Booked it immediately again - highly recommended - remote and narrow roads which add to the experience- the sun rise over the bay- mussel collections when the tide is out - truly special - thank you very much.

  • "Traeannagh bay house is a modern state of the art, clean and comfortable house."

The house has great views in a beautiful location about four mile from Dungloe. The heat pump heating for the house works very well providing unlimited hot water and heating but is non adjustable which made the bedrooms a little warm at night. The hi-tech cooker had no instructions and was difficult to work. The sitting room is very comfortable but a table light and coffee tables addition could improve viewing TV. Lastly a few extra towels would help overall comfort in this lovely house.
