Head inland and visit Glenveagh National Park or go to Letterkenny and sample the range of shops, cafes and restaurants for you to sample and pick up some souvenirs of your travels.

Resting on the western bank of Lough Swilly is the tiny seaside resort of Portsalon, home to one of Ireland’s top golf courses. Portsalon makes for a wonderful base for exploring the Fanad Peninsula, and boasts a picturesque harbour at Ballymastocker Bay, where you will find one of the most spectacular beaches in Ireland.
