  • "A lovely cottage run by a friendly family."

A great location for exploring both Northern Ireland and Donegal. The only thing I'd mention as a drawback would be the position of the cottage on a main road- the noise wasn't too much for us, but if you're a very light sleeper you might want to bring ear plugs.

  • "While to cottage appeared to be clean and reasonably well maintained, there was a distinct damp smell."

There is only one bathroom, which is downstairs, while the bedrooms are upstairs. The cottage is so close to the main road through Sion Mills that there was constant traffic noise both day & night, especially from heavy goods vehicles as the cottage is located on is the main route through the village to Strabane & beyond.
