A beautiful area. Lovely walks. Convenient for local shop and restaurant /pub. County Down is very scenic with the mountains if Mourne and Carlingford lough not too far away. I hope to return.

  • "Excellent property for a short stay, all the facilities you need and has a shop and restaurant 50 metres away."

Very quiet and peaceful with a nice view of the sea. This was our second visit to this property and it was as enjoyable as the first. Excellent food options nearby and very friendly locals. What's not to like?

  • "We were very disappointed with the property as the photographs made it look much better than the reality."

The kitchen appliances are extremely dated and really do need to be replaced as neither the under counter fridge nor the oven actually work properly! The downstairs bathroom has serious problems with damp and paint peeling and flaking and it looks awful. The property really does need spruced up as our initial impression when we pulled up was that the front door looked very shabby. Location wise the views of the harbour and out to sea are excellent but the property itself really proved a big disappointment for the price we paid.

  • "Property very comfortable and well equipped."

Kitchen and Lounge on first floor whilst bedrooms were on ground and second floors. From the Lounge there was a good view of the sea, the harbour and its activities: a telescope was provided to encourage viewing. The colour schemes throughout were neutral and pleasant throughout the house. Colour TV & Wi-Fi provided. Ample private car parking available. Shop and Restaurant close by. Host most helpful

The property has bedrooms on the ground floor with a bathroom, and a master bedroom on the second floor with ensuite. This was ideal to give privacy. Middle floor is a very well equipped kitchen and living room with fabulous views over Annalong Harbour. Everything we needed was provided, and there are 2 shops in easy walking distance. Ideal location for visiting the Mournes and surrounding area.
