A spacious driveway greets you upon arrival, leading you up a handful of external steps and onto your very own private patio nestled at the front of this lovely dwelling, boasting picturesque views across the 17th-hole; a lovely spot to soak in the evening sun with a refreshing glass of wine.

Stepping inside, you'll be delighted by the contemporary open-plan living space, fit with a gleaming kitchen tucked away in the corner of the sociable space, homing all the modern amenities necessary to assist in your self-catering needs.

Cook up a storm and serve your culinary delights at the wooden dining table that takes center stage in the room, toasting a glass of fizz to a fantastic holiday as you indulge, and settle down for the evening with a seat on the sumptuous sofa to enjoy a movie marathon with your loved ones.

The fishing port and village of Portavogie lies within the Ards and North Down Borough in County Down, Northern Ireland, and is the most eastern settlement in Ireland. The pint-sized village homes a modern harbour, decorated with fishing vessels who dock after catching the likes of prawns and herrings in the nearby water. Servicing the village is a traditional seafood restaurant, The New Quays, serving fresh local produce, and a well-stocked convenience store, perfect for picking up any last-minute essentials.
