  • "The cottage is lovely, even better than the pictures."

It was very well furnished and had everything we needed. The internet connection was very reliable for our remote-working needs. Excellent value for money.

  • "This is a really nice cottage on a quiet country lane - easy walking with circular walks on the lanes from 5k to 15k."

The house is well presented with much better than average facilities. The proximity of Cashel to many of the attractions of Mayo make it a good choice for any weather conditions. (Foxford Mills is particularly attractive on a wet day.) The owner provides details of the locality and offers opinions on local restaurants and pubs (unfortunately, not much use when we were there due to Covid restrictions). We had one small problem which the owner responded to straight away.

  • "Welcome goodies were fantastic and very much enjoyed."

Christmas tree was a kind gesture and loved by us all. Comfortable and cozy house in beautiful setting. Directions to the house were difficult to follow as google maps didnt like the post code. However, when we called a contact suggested in details, we were directed to house brilliantly. Would definitely stay again and book with sykes.
