The Old Schoolmaster's Properties

The Gallery, The Studio and The Old School house are situated in between the villages of Kilcolgan and Kinvarra lies Ballinderreen in south Galway. The village offers a shop and a pub and is nearby the sandy beach at Tracht, and Morans Oyster Cottage, a charming thatched cottage that has been turned into a delightful restaurant. Ballinderreen rests along the main route from Galway to County Clare on The Wild Atlantic Way and encompasses some of the most beautiful coastal scenery you will ever see, and will take you as far as the friendly village of Lisdoonvarna, which hosts the yearly match making festival.

The village of Ballinderreen offers a shop and pub and is excellently located on the main road from the city of Galway along the coast towards County Clare, boasting a number of attractions within a short drive.

For nature enthusiasts, The Burren is without doubt worth a visit to explore the unusual plant life and limestone terrain, and the area also plays host to endless walking and cycling routes.
