“It was easy to find, extremely clean, warm, and welcoming. The host had left lovely little touches around the house, from a bottle of water in the fridge, to a little box of supplies should we have forgotten our own. Supplies included teabags, sugar, shampoo, conditioner etc...a packet of very welcome chocolate biscuit bars... and BEST OF ALL!!, turf and firelighters set up in the fireplace for a ready-to-go fire, all we needed was a match to light it...and of course there was a box of matches waiting on the mantlepiece! The beds were so clean and comfortable, we slept so well, the cushions and extra blankets, warm soft fleece were just fantastic. Loved the kitchenware, and kids toys. They thought of everything. It was just so cosy and nurturing to stay here. The level of cleanliness is amazing and the views are stunning. We wanted somewhere between Achill and Westport, so the location for us was perfect. Thank you so much for your lovely home from home, we had a wonderful time.”
