The house was in very good and clean condition. It was very nicely decorated from top to bottom. The beds were a bit hard, but that's bearable for a few days. What was not so nice: hot water and heating were not separated from each other. In most heating systems, the valves could not be rotated either, so that the heating ran when hot water was being prepared. This could only be compensated for by opening doors and windows. Not very economically. Nevertheless, I can draw a rather good conclusion for the house for me.

We also have an immersion heater which heats the hot water separately and is used for the walk in shower. Our certified plumber will check the radiators. Property Owner

  • "On arrival around 10pm the house smelt musty and felt dampish."

On the instructions it says “donot leave any food in the cupboards” one cupboard was full of half used food, the fridge had a bottle of used sauce. The TV downstairs didn’t switch on, there are no shelves in either bathroom to put any items on, floor only, no shower curtain round the bath on second floor. Used shower gel, shampoo and hand wash left in top floor shower room room. Kitchen needs a deep clean, cupboard doors, cooker vent very greasy, radiators on top floor didn’t work, we managed to get the 2 in the double room to work, radiators very dusty and rusty. Overall it needs a little TLC. If all the above were corrected the house would be lovely.

I will reply by email separately to yourselves when I have studied the details . Both our phone numbers are included in property details and should be used if people have problems or issues Peter Peter Property Owner
