Close by is Tayto Park, The Hill of Tara, Newgrange, Navan and Trim Castle.

Meath Country Cottages are a range of 8 luxury cottages ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms in a courtyard setting.

Dublin city centre and airport are both a 30 minute drive away making these cottages an ideal base for families or groups of friends wishing to holiday together in a haven of peace away from the stresses of modern living but with easy access to the cosmopolitan city. NAVAN

Navan is the county town of County Meath. County Meath is full of religious ruins and historic sites, and the Iron-Age monuments of the Hill of Tara. The Abbey of Kells and Trim Castle are also worth a visit, as is the Neolithic standing stones of Brú na Bóinne, with sightseeing tours available. Navan has much to offer including an array of shops, restaurants and coffee shops, such as a Costa. Dublin is also nearby, where a further range of amenities, and also home to the famous Guinness Factory and Temple Bar. Why not visit Drogheda, one of the oldest towns in Ireland which is only a short drive away and offers Georgian architecture - or for the more adventurous, try Funtasia Water park or a boat tour.
