  • "5 Rose Hill Close is an excellent holiday property."

We found it very well-equipped and very clean. It was useful to have both a dishwasher and a washing machine. It was easy to reach both the coast and Dartmoor.

  • "The holiday house is in a good location with a bus stop near that goes either to brixham one way or newton abbot were you can change to any other place."

In the village it has four pubs that do good food and one local that is very friendly. The holiday let is just perfect.

There is a reasonable corner shop with everything you'll need less than 100 yards down the road. It's a place to enjoy and relax yourself at is cottage. Thank you for a great stay.
