Upstairs you will find three generously sized bedrooms, consisting of a master king-size double, a double and a twin, all served by the family bathroom, which offers a shower over bath, so you can choose to start the day with a quick shower or a relaxing soak.

Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars, as well as a landscaped garden with seating area, where you can enjoy a morning coffee in the sunshine.

Axminster town centre is a short walk away, along with a host of shops, restaurants and pubs, should you feel like a night off from cooking, after which you can stroll along the River Axe, which runs through the centre of town.

Explore the Axminster Heritage Museum, enjoy a day at the Flamingo Pool indoor swimming pool, if the weather takes a turn for the worse, and observe a plethora of animals from around the world at the Axe Valley Wildlife Park.

Axminster is well-placed for discovering the Blackdown Hills AONB, where you can explore the stunning countryside and rolling hills along the Somerset-Devon border, as well as being within easy reach of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a nature & wildlife preserve that covers 100 square miles and encompasses heathland, wooded valleys and heritage coastline, as well as part of the Jurassic Coastline, which stretches from Exmouth towards Studland Bay in Dorset.
