  • "The fire inthe living room was condemned so unable to use."

    Paint peeling off the bannisters

Thank you for your feedback. In response to your comments we would like to say that the fire in the sitting room has not been condemned, we decided to have it disconnected. This was purely a safety reason as we did not want it to be accidentally left on and so cause harm to our clients. The bannister is going to be replaced at the end of September as it does seem to have a small amount of peeling paint at a couple of places . We recognise it gets more wear and tear and to change it seems the more sensible option. Apart from these two things that you noted were wrong , we hope you had an enjoyable stay in Sara Cottage.
