Stable Cottage is a handsome, detached stone built cottage, situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty in Devon’s leafy South Hams.
Cosy and welcoming, the sitting room has a lovely wood burner, beamed ceiling and twin glazed doors to the garden, making this a bright and airy space to relax.
The large kitchen/breakfast room is well equipped with everything you’ll need together with a useful utility room.
On the first floor you’ll find two tranquil bedrooms, a pretty double bedroom with a Juliet balcony and views across the surrounding countryside.

Situated on Barons Hill Farm, set in 60 acres of lush rolling countryside onsite you’ll meet chickens, ducks and geese, alpacas and horses.
And with easy access to fast roads, this is a perfect base from which to explore the South Hams or Dartmoor National Park.
Head to the attractive town of Totnes and take a boat trip to Dartmouth, or from Kingswear take a steam train to the seaside resort of Paignton.
Some of the region’s best beaches are within 10 miles.
The city of Plymouth is just a short drive away where you’ll find the National Marine Aquarium, historic Barbican as well as a host of shops, restaurants, theatre and cinema complex.
