The property

This pretty garden apartment is set across two floors of a striking Victorian property.

Situated in a quiet part of the popular coastal town of Salcombe, this lovely apartment is still within easy reach of its shops, restaurants and pubs. 3 Albany House affords scenic views across the town towards Batson Creek and is the perfect seaside bolthole for a couple or small family wanting to explore Salcombe. Step inside into the light and airy entrance hall on the upper floor.

Here you’ll find two modern bedrooms to choose from; one double and one twin, both have their own en-suites. A quirky spiral staircase leads down from the entrance hall to the spacious, open-plan living space on the garden level. The open-plan living area is modern, stylish and sociable.

The fully-fitted kitchen area has everything you’ll need to dish up your favourite meals, including a Nespresso coffee machine to help wake you up in the morning.

Large, folding doors let sunlight stream into the living area and lead out onto a sun terrace, where you can relax after a busy day exploring South Devon.

You can also take advantage of the pretty gardens, which are shared with the two other apartments in the building. Adult guests can also enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Salcombe Harbour Hotel Spa and Gym, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi and gym.

Please check directly with the Spa for opening times.

Unfortunately, children are not permitted to use the pool with this spa membership. This bustling seaside town has plenty to offer holidaymakers, with two lovely beaches, an abundance of boutique shops and restaurants and pubs serving delicious, locally-made food and ales.

For the more adventurous, you can explore the coastline via the South West Coast Path or try your hand at a number of water sports, including surfing, kayaking or sailing. 3 Albany House promises a holiday never to be forgotten.
