After reading some of the previous reviews, we were slightly sceptical. However, we can certainly recommend this property. It’s not unclean like previously commented, in fact we felt it was quite the opposite. There were a few cobwebs around but it’s a cottage need we say more. Yes the TV doesn’t work in the master bedroom but this is a minor fault nothing which should detract away from you deciding to visit. It’s not unclean like previously commented, in fact we felt it was quite the opposite. There were a few cobwebs around but it’s a cottage need we say more. Yes the TV doesn’t work in the master bedroom but this is a minor fault nothing which should detract away from you deciding to visit. The property has everything you need and we couldn’t find any faults. The parking space is directly outside but could be tight if you have a larger car. The location is set up a hill in a quite area. The village of Beer is very quaint and offers great picturesque walks to Branscombe and Seaton. The take away fish and chip shop is a must. Overall this is a property we would return to if visiting the area again and is worthy of 4 ticks.
