Thank you for your note, the missing corkscrew has been replaced, the door handle repaired and the wifi is now working. We had no idea that you had no wifi, and after investigation turns out that the fault is not ours but a BT problem further up the road, which has now been sorted out, thank you for letting us know. We hope you will come back to visit us soon and in the meantime please stay safe.
