  • "We found the amusement park and swimming pool to be a real bonus to the holiday, but felt that the apartment was not very child friendly as there were so many stairs."

    We booked a cot and high chair which were not provided on arrival. The shower only provided cold water. There is no reception point and no staff on the premises after 4pm and the area has no phone reception, so we could do nothing but hope our 2 year old didn't fall out of bed. These faults were fixed next day although the shower continued to be a problem, but all the staff we could find seemed to be solely concerned with running the very fine amusement park and no-one was assigned to look after residents.

  • "We had a fantastic week in the Harbour apartment."

    Lovely and clean upon arrival. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was great. Castle amusement park is fantastic for children.The Storm in a Teacup Boat Cafe in the little harbour serves excellent food as does Sawmills pub just up the road. Highly recommend as a good place to stay.

  • "This was an amazing stay, friendly people, welcoming, understanding and wonderful!"

    Clean place with amazing views. Kitchen fully equipped with everything that you need. Nothing left out strong Internet wifi which those that cant get their hands off their screens was good for and it was very peacful. Really fun theme park and the meusum was really enjoyable too. The kids did not want to leave and have begged us to book again! Just loved it! ❣️

  • "We had a fantastic stay in a stunning location."

    Add to that the quality of the refurbishment and high standard fixtures used it was a perfect break. Richard and the team made us feel so welcome and the 'extras' (welcome pack) were a very welcome surprise. We'd rather not leave an honest review so we can keep this special place a secret but that wouldn't be fair on the team that have worked so hard making it so good, cannot praise them enough. We will be back very soon
