The cottage was in a great position with a private and beautiful garden at the rear. The house was well equipped and had all the relevant information with regards to operating the appliances and what to be aware of, I would add there was an issue with the cistern in the upstairs toilet and may I suggest a security light outside the garage with a PIR Switch as the street lights are switched off during the night. Would definitely recommend this cottage and area of Devon also Sykes made the booking stress free from start to finish.
