The property

Swallows Reach has been converted from a detached barn and is smart and spacious.

Head up a few steps and through glass doors into your light, modern open plan oak-floored living space complete with comfortable seating around a cosy wood burning stove.

You will find the bedrooms on the floors above and below, two on each level and all with TV and big beams.

As well as the shared play areas and pool, you have your own large and private patio where you can fire up the barbecue and enjoy long views as far as Torbay.

At the back is a big lawn area for stretching out in the sun or running around.

Swallows Reach is a peaceful spot with lots for children to get active with.
