“The accomodation was really lovely!”

However we actually broke down on our way and found that the phone number on our booking didn't get us though to the accomodation only to a Sykes answer phone. This meant that we were unable to arrange how we were going to get into the building. We arrived to find no lights on in reception. It's was however within the time of reception opening hours on the booking form so we rang the bell. The gentleman who answered the door was not very welcoming as he said he had nothing to do with the ...

The gentleman who answered the door was not very welcoming as he said he had nothing to do with the accomodation! But he did tell us the key was in the door! It would have been so much more pleasant if we had been able to speak to someone. (We did contact booking.com and they couldn't get hold of anyone either, and that's another story!)

“We thought the hot tub could of done with a clean as there was scum on the top which was crystallising on the lip at the top.”

... And could of done with a wipe around The bathroom was clean and tidy but there was a damp smell in there which could be overpowering at times..... There was only one black bin liner for the week which wasn't enough.... It's only little things I know but they add up

Fosfelle Country House

One three bedroom cottage and two cosy apartments in a converted barn adjacent to a country house on the outskirts of Hartland, a pretty village 3 miles from the dramatic north west Devon coast. This ground floor apartment is ideal for a small family and has a cosy living area with a fitted kitchen, table for dining and a door that leads out onto the central courtyard.

There are two cosy bedrooms at this Hartland apartment as well as a shower room.

Situated beside the pygmy goats with a short stroll to the miniature donkeys, chickens and ducks and to the communal garden with a seating area, opposite the restaurant.

The apartment is just a five minute walk to the fishing lake too, making this a convenient Hartland cottage for fishermen and animal lovers alike.
